The first phase of Windmill Harbour is comprised of 40 lots. The average lot size will be 50 ft. wide by 145 ft. deep. All lots will have underground services that include water, sanitary sewer, gas, power and phone. Water is supplied from a sandstone aquifer and meets all regulatory requirements for purity and supply with continuous testing by a licensed expert. Roads with curbs are paved and have decorative street lighting. High speed internet, TV and video surveillance will be provided to the entire community.
